I play extremely Casual. My Necropotence seems to make this neck nigh unstoppable. So I will probably reduce it to 1. I may thrown in Glacial Chasm + Yawgmoth's Bargain to assist.

I use Lake of the Dead + Necropotence + Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx for battlefield advantage. Ivory Tower + Reliquary Tower for life advantage. My Win Condition is 10+ Cards in hand with a Exsanguinate + Ivory Tower + Sanguine Bond Exsanguinate powered up over 6 is pretty easily done by turn 5.

Turn one Dark Ritual + Necropotence + Swamp .Draw 5 cards

Turn 2 Ivory Tower + Reliquary Tower and hopefully Dark Ritual + Geralf's Messenger

Draw 5 cards

Turn 3 Either Lake of the Dead or Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx Play some combination of Blood Artist + Bloodthrone Vampire + Geralf's Messenger

Draw more Cards

Turn 4 Sanguine Bond + Sorin Markov Use either his +2 or his -3

Draw even more cards

Turn 5 either win in upkeep with Ivory Tower + Sanguine Bond or Exsanguinate
