I mainly built this deck because i wanted to utilize Elite Arcanist of course if you copy Triton Tactics and have a Goblin Electromancer or a Jace's Sanctum you can go infinite and kill with Guttersnipe . Guttersnipe or Niv-Mizzet, Parun are the main targets for Curiosity . The Cyclonic Rift are there mostly cuz i have them and don't have a blue Commander deck but bouncing somebody's whole board is usually a gg anyways.
