Breakdown:

Spell Hate

Thalia, Guardian of Thraben-

Taxes noncreatures like a boss.

Vryn Wingmare -

Taxes noncreatures and flies.

Judge's Familiar -

Works almost like an extra tax as people tend to wait until they can pay the extra 1.

Creature Hate

Path to Exile -

Best removal by far, works amazingly with Leonin Arbiter.

Containment Priest - Shuts down cheat, flicker, and reanimation effects. Works with Flickerwisp and Eldrazi Displacer offensively.

Eldrazi Displacer - force flicker on any creature. Defensive and offensive with Containment Priest. Nice 3/3 body.

Flickerwisp - So many good uses and a nice 3 damage attacker.

Selfless Spirit -

A nice little beatstick with the ability to push combat in my direction. Provides board wipe protection in the late game.

Thalia, Heretic Cathar -

Slows the opponent down considerably, tapping lands (Turns a fetch into shock into a 3 turn process) and ensures that new creatures can't block (or attack) for a turn. A great beater and blocker as a 3/2 first strike.

General Hate

Ghost Quarter -

Pops any land and replaces it with a basic, unless Leonin Arbiter has anything to do with it.

Mangara of Corondor -

Takes out a thing, no haste, but is a looming presence once out. Seems to talk people out of playing things until they can remove him, then i just pop a land or something.

Leonin Arbiter -

Taxing tutors is hilarious. Works well with Path to Exile, Ghost Quarter, and my opponent's fetch lands.

Tectonic Edge -

Similar to Ghost Quarter, but more restrictive. In some matches it is worth it to have both.
