High alert is the key card to the deck so the goal is to play cheap creatures with good toughness the good abilities.

Resolute Watchdog is the 1 drop of the deck it make for a nice early game blocker who can protect my other creatures and as soon as I play High Alert be becomes a threat.

Omenspeaker helps with the consistency of the deck.

Supreme phantom is a nice evasive threat that has the bonus of pumping themselves if I have multiple.

Tetsuko is a key combo piece to the deck because it makes most of my other creatures unblockable.

Surge Mare will be a 5/5 beater for 2 when High Alert is on the battlefield.

Deputy of Detention is the deck's removal spell

Sphinx of Foresight helps with consistency and becomes a secondary win condition if high Alert fails
