This is a Disruptive deck that uses counters and removal to stop faster decks, then aims to assemble a late game combo to close out the game. Tasigur himself functions both as generic value engine and as a combo enabler. In the early and mid game Tasigur's activated ability can be used to choose an opponent who will give you back a card from your 'yard that can stop another opponent. This allows to you resuse key counters and removal over and over, playing a political game and the opponents against each other to help you control the board. Close out the game by achieving infinite mana that you filter through Tasigur to play out your entire deck.

There are 3 main infinite mana engines to assemble. 1) Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + any mana rocks/dorks. 2) Bloom Tender + Freed from the Real. 3) Arbor Elf + Freed from the Real + Utopia Sprawl enchanting a Forest. Once you have infinite mana, you can use Tasigur himself to put your entire deck into you graveyard and from there into your hand. You can repeat this as often as you like, not just playing every remaining nonland spell in your deck and library, but doing so as many times as you need to. Actual win lines include looping Beast Within to destroy the board then looping Reality Shift endless times on Beast tokens, then Manifest cards to mill out your opponents. Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and Tainted Pact or Demonic Consultation can act as an alternate win condition.
