Derevi Blink: This deck is built around the blink mechanic. Strong ETB effects can be coupled with cheap or free blink mechanics to generate value.

Why Derevi: I started using Roon of the Hidden Realms as Commander, which was also not bad, but put the gameplay heavily into a niece of gameplay. Derevi has a fantastic toolkit, enabling OTKs, incredible ramp, control and also an abundance of teamplay interactions. He may not as powerful as Roon in terms of blinking ETBs, yet his own ETB can be interesting for blink options as well (OTK).

Gameplan: Ramp and control the game, positioning yourself towards your OTK-Combo or an oppressive blink engine.

How to Win: You can either tutor/draw towards your OTK Combo with Deadeye Navigator + Derevi(CMDR) + Faeburrow Elder/Bloom Tender/ Lotus Field/ Peregrine Drake. This combination will give you infinite mana, while tapping your opponents permanents infinitely. Attention this can still be answered with instant speed removal, however you can also blink in response! The second win condition is having an oppressive board state with blink engines like Thassa and bounce/removal/steal ETBs like Venser/Duplicant/Agent of Treachery and repetitive control blink effects to drain your opponents out of ressources.
