My first real attempt at making an EDH deck. I've played only a few handfuls of four-player games with my friends and wanted to make a more competent deck since their collections are much larger than mine. I have some extra cards lying around for the maybeboard, but I'm not really sure how to optimize this deck, as I'm pretty new to EDH overall. I want to keep it (relatively) budget, but I am open to any suggestions as long as we're keeping it Cat Tribal. Specific card swaps would be greatly appreciated!
