Basic Description

The main goal of the deck is to use the coin flip mechanics of Okaun, Eye of Chaos and Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom to draw cards and to double Okaun's power and then Fling high powered Okaun, or any high power creature in the deck, at my enemies. Hopefully double damage cards are on the field, but that's not the only requirement, as there is a lot of rush down effects with Anger and Archetype of Aggression. There's one major alternate win con with Chance Encounter, which, with some luck and Krark's Thumb, could be a single turn win with both commanders on the field. This deck is meant to be a lower budget deck, so I avoided more expensive cards like Mana Crypt, Rhystic Study, and Snapcaster Mage.

Combos

• Most of the Combos in this deck involve flinging Okaun, Eye of Chaos after he doubles his attack a few times. Fling cards are Fling, Rupture, Grab the Reins, Heart-Piercer Manticore, and Bloodshot Cyclops which all involve sacrificing a creature to deal damage.

• There are also cards that 'fling' a creature without the sacrifice, these cards are Surestrike Trident, Soul's Fire, Gravitic Punch, Chandra's Ignition, and Stalking Vengeance.

• I wanted additional avenues to use the power ramp from Okaun so I decided haste and trample would likely be the best path. Haste can come from Lightning Greaves, Anger, and Hanweir Battlements  . Trample only has a couple sources from Dragon Throne of Tarkir and Archetype of Aggression.

• I added Blightsteel Colossus because of it's base attack and infect. That combined with Chandra's Ignition, Gravitic Punch, Surestrike Trident, Soul's Fire, or Stalking Vengeance can cause infect damage to creatures and/or players, which is an instant knock out if not stopped. It would be difficult to get Blightsteel out, but I added as much ramp as I could fit to attempt to help push the combos as well as hopefully put Blightsteel onto the battlefield.

Shenanigans

With a lucky start (The chances of which were minuscule, but it happened), while playtesting, I opened with Krark's Thumb, Sol Ring, and Chandra's Ignition. On turn 5, I had both commanders out and a Goblin Kaboomist on the field. I flipped 11 successful coin flips which caused Okaun, Eye of Chaos to have 6144 power ((2^11)*3) and cast Ignition to kill the whole board and every other player for 6144 damage. Again, minuscule chance, but I thought that it was cool how explosively lethal this deck can be on turn 5.
