Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts = Infinite Creatures w/ haste.

Goblin Recruiter then put Goblin Ringleader on top with 3 other desired Goblins to get creatures on deck.

The main focus, though, is to get Blood Moon out to disrupt mana, paired with Goblin King, and play Krenko, Mob Boss along side Chancellor of the Forge and bounce him with Conjurer's Closet for an unstoppable Goblin army. Eldrazi Monument and Coat of Arms will assure a swift victory, just be wary of Slivers.

Also want to run sac-lands like Terramorphic Expanse to pull out as many lands as possible to make your draws better.

Included draw stuff like Mind's Eye and Howling Mine because you can dump your hand quick with these cheap Goblins. Searching stuff like Planar Portal may be expensive, but if you make it to 6 mana and go get Goblin Recruiter or Goblin Matron you're set to win.

Malignus + Dictate of the Twin Gods + Rogue's Passage = insta-win.

Obliterate just in case things get too hairy.
