I know to be labeled as a "Cruel Control" deck you technically should be running Cruel Ultimatum, but I feel this is in on the same level of mercilessness as a Grixis control deck. Originally the commander was Tsabo Tavoc, but she was swapped for Olivia Voldaren because Tsabo was ALWAYS countered by an opponent when I casted her or immediately destroyed. Olivia is a little less threatening, faster, and seems to be more efficient.

All feedback and suggestions are greatly appreciated :)

Only two combos/interactions worth noting. The first is Dark Depths and Vampire Hexmage, and the second is Maralen of the Mornsong and Stranglehold. Enjoy :)
The mana curve looks kind of messed up because of TappedOut's way of organizing it. Beseech the Queen would be a 3-cost 90% of the time, but it's counted as a 6-cost here. Also, By Force and Guul Draz Assassin are counted as 1-costs when there's going to be a ton more mana pumped into them.
If you're not playing 1v1, swap Rakdos's Return for Exsanguinate. When you use it, you'll find out why.
