Let's give this yet another go. This time, not an AV delirium fueled fever dream.

The list is adapted from several successful Sultai lists, but with a goal of tidying up the mana base.

I should probably explain why the fetch base is the way it is. As all BGx decks (aside from Junk/Abzan) are, this is really a black based attrition deck at heart. As those of you who have played know, this is the greediest color combination in the game (even if deathrite were legal) due to all the anti-synergies between cards competing in mana cost (serum and discard/push, lili's and clique/tracker/pulse, among others). Chroma is extra important here (double black and blue on T3 but also having access to BG). Prioritizing UB as the first dual colors up is why there are 6 nonfetchable, UB duals, and by extension fewer necessary watery graves. Second comes the green. Getting green painlessly is more important than UB, since its presence is often there to land a threat and minimize life loss. Ergo, 7 basic forest fetches.
