Play Mana elves as you get them, then play big stuff like Eldrazi. Pretty simple, straightforward deck. Will not stand up in a tournament, but it's pretty decent for casual, and very fun to play. Especially in large games where nobody is afraid in turn three until they notice that next turn you will have 11 Mana. Lol.
