This deck tries to play storm on turn 5 (ramp from pirate's pillage), then untap and chain together a whole lot of spells by playing mission briefing to play pillage from graveyard, create a billion treasures and win with banefire, shock, or Niv-Mizzet. This deck is very budget, and if you want it even cheaper, you can get rid of the check & shocklands. The deck will be less consistent, but not much worse.
