Power Level: ~9/10

This deck started out as my first commander deck ever as the Entropic Uprising pre-constructed deck. Throughout the years, I have upgraded and changed the deck significantly. I tried to direct the deck towards the wheel aspect of the precon, so the deck wins by simply drawing and discarding cards, while also making its opponents do the same.

Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix is vital to the deck, since tapping her for a load of colorless mana lets you combo off on one turn often, especially with Arjun, the Shifting Flame or Mindmoil. This combo is done usually by using a wheel effect like Windfall/Wheel of Fortune, and then before it resolves, playing Notion Thief to steal all the draws. Hopefully by then you have Arjun, the Shifting Flame on the field or in the cards you just drew. Then, you cast your low cost artifacts spells to trigger Arjun, the Shifting Flame's ability, loading Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix with even more mana. Ideally, Paradox Engine lets you tap her to cast each spell. Then, once you have enough mana, you cast an expensive Exsanguinate, Torment of Hailfire, or Walking Ballista, winning the game.

Another combo is drawing four cards in a turn (one for turn and then a wheel or Brainstorm or Burning Inquiry), and having Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix equipped with Sword of the Paruns or Umbral Mantle, then you can tap her for 4 mana, use 3 of it to untap her, and repeat for infinite colorless mana. Then you can just cast a big Exsanguinate, Torment of Hailfire, or Walking Ballista to finish the game. You can also use that infinite mana to draw your entire deck using Thrasios, Triton Hero to get the other pieces of the combo.

Finally, having Notion Thief and Teferi's Puzzle Box locks your opponents out of all of their cards and draws, giving them all to you.

Also, keep in mind that you can cast Insidious Dreams in response to your own wheel effect like Reforge the Soul to tutor the combo pieces you need to win that turn on top of your library, and then immediately draw them for the game.

Non-Combat ways to take advantage of graveyards are also in the deck, like Eternal Witness, Wildest Dreams, and Noxious Revival all take advantage of the spells you've already cast, discarded, or made your opponents discard.

If it comes down to just two players, Vial Smasher the Fierce can destroy your opponent's life total since the random component of her ability is removed. Generally however, she is a partner commander simply to give us access to red and black cards.

Like I said earlier, this deck is still a work in progress. Any feedback is welcome.
