Counters Galore! This deck uses it's own currency (saprolings) in order for you to make wonders happen! That is, if your definition of wonder is making a bunch of 12/12 indestructible saproling-land creatures. If so, then this deck will make you (hopefully) happy.

 Focus:

This deck is mainly about using +1/+1 counters on creatures to get you life, creatures, and more +1/+1 counters. I really don't have anything else to say here. Just take into account whether you have possible combos (some of which will be mentioned shortly) to play and you will be using the deck correctly.

Combos:

(Of course, some certain things can be looked over when scanning the cards in a deck. There could easily be more combos that I simply didn't notice when I looked. If you notice any that aren't listed, feel free to comment).

  1.) Giant, Indestructible Land-Saproling Combo:

I understand that this can be difficult to pull off, but in order to pull this off, you will need Primal Vigor, Life and Limb , Sigil Captain , Corpsejack Menace, and Terra Eternal out on the battlefield. Once you have all of these on the battlefield, either play a card or use an ability to make a saproling. Watch closely at your friends' faces as they see the monstrously-proportioned saproling that lies before them. Additionally, you could just use Life and Limb + Terra Eternal to make your saprolings indestructible and also able to tap for mana if you were missing Corpsejack Menace or Primal Vigor.

 2.) Infinite-Land Combo:

This one can be used for a number of different things. First, you need Life and Limb + Sporemound out on the battlefield. To make the combo go off, you simply need to create a singular saproling (or multiple). Once the saproling enters the battlefield, Sporemound's ablility will trigger, making infinite saproling-forest lands. Once this has happened, you not only have infinite mana, but also infinite creatures. Use your saproling army with Glare of Subdual to tap all of your opponents' artifacts/creatures, or simply use Epic Struggle to win on the next turn (If your opponent doesn't boardwipe). Plus, most of the fungus creatures in this deck have at least one ability that involves the sacrifice of saprolings. Use Psychotrope Thallid to draw as many cards as you like, or Deathspore Thallid to commit genocide with your opponents. Those are the two major combos that I can think of. Of course, you can always use something like Mycoloth to create something ridiculous, but I think that I will leave it to someone else to write all of the possibilities down.

Note: Some of these cards are older and harder to find. I wouldn't recommend something like Pucatrade to help get you cards like Mindbender Spores or Epic Struggle to name a few, simply because they aren't as available as newer cards.

If something from a new set looks promising and looks like it would be good in this deck, I will probably add an update with that card('s) in it.
