The goal of this deck is attack our opponents with evasive and disruptive creatures, all while forcing my opponents to do the same to each other with goading effects. Cards like Ohran Frostfang and Soltari Visionary help with the first goal, while the namesake general and tools like Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor accomplish the second. Maybeboard just lists cards that were in previous iterations of the deck that have since been replaced with better/more expensive alternatives.
