I love budget decks and this one is inspired by the deck "Extreme Budget No-Scoping". I wanted to see if I could tweak their original list to add some cards I thought could work better and to be a little more lenient with my card pricing to turn an "Extreme Budget" deck into just a "Budget" deck :)
