This deck is a good way to lose friends fast. Prevent any damage that may be slung your way and watch your opponent cry.
This deck is quite budget if you change out the lands, it just isn't as consistant. (W/lands-$400, w/o lands-$90)

War's Toll A very opressive card. Opponents are locked to playing everything within a step of their turn and Attack without being blocked.
Wrath of God If you get rid of everything then they can't attack now can they?
Howling Mine Draw dem extra cards.
Isochron Scepter Combine it with a fog effect or Wrath of God? If they can't remove it, they will probably Concede.
Mana Tithe Non blue counter?
Win Conditions
In a sarcastic tone It's how the deck wins
Thragtusk A strong card by itself. If You've cleared the board, then that's a 4 turn clock their on.
Banefire If it's late game, which will eventually happen, Banefire can win literally in a single turn.
Crystal Ball I didn't know where to put this. It's just a good fixing engine.
Platinum Angel You literally can't lose with this card, you're forced to win.
Sideboard
For when you go "Oh Sh*t, I wasn't prepared for that"
Beast Within This can take out literally anything.
Damping Sphere The faster this is out against Aggro decks or Tron, the better.
Hum of the Radix If your facing Affinity or any other artifact based deck. It even stops Eggs!
Relic of Progenitus When Midrange, Jund, or Dredge is giving you issues.
Rest in Peace Very much so to the listed decks above.
Stony Silence When you just gotta shove the knife deeper into the Affinity player.
