This is a Dimir style tempo deck that is looking to fill the opponents graveyard for payoffs such the thieve's guild enforcer, Vantress gargoyle, and drown in the loch. One of the important interactions here is with scheming symmetry to put cards you need on top of your library such as unmoored ego, bontu's last reckoning, or any other specific card needed for the match. You can then mill the opponent's library so they do not draw the card but you do.
