The purpose of this deck is to punish your players (yes, that means yourself too, for the masochists out there) for anything and everything. If they want a draw a card, they take damage. If they want to cast a spell, they take damage. If they want to tap their lands, they take damage. If they so much as breath or think, they take damage!

There are, of course, more advantages for you in this than your opponents; be it card draw, lifesteal, or just the pleasure of watching others suffer.
