This deck is a play off of MTGGoldfish's Budget Magic Mono-Black Panharmonicon. The object is to get as much value as possible off of the synergy that Panharmonicon has with Gray Merchant of Asphodel. Casting Panharmonicon turn four and then double trigger turn five Gray Merchant of Asphodel is sort of key. We're trying to work hard off of "Enter the battlefield" effects and get as much value off of them as possible. Hence the Grave Titans the Ravenous Rats and Gatekeeper of Malakir among other things.
