Simple idea here: take maximum advantage of adventure cards. Edgewall Innkeeper, Lucky Clover, Mysterious Pathlighter, and Wandermare all provide triggered benefits on casting adventures or creatures with adventures.

Edgewall Innkeeper plus the two-for-one nature of adventures themselves provide plenty of card advantage. Rosethorn Acolyte and Fertile Footsteps give you ramp to be able to make use of it.

Seasonal Ritual plus one (or more) Lucky Clovers produces more mana than it costs.

Usher to Safety can bounce any of your adventurers back to your hand to take advantage of their triggers a second time.

Before you ask, yes, I considered all of the great adventures in black, red, and blue as well. Ultimately I kept it in G/W, though, to keep the mana base simple and because there were already a ton of great options in there. Since that’s where Edgewall Innkeeper, Mysterious Pathlighter, and Wandermare already lived, expanding into other colors just made mana management more complicated (and expensive).
