First deck I have ever made, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose should essentially always be on the battlefield to maximize lifegain -> damage. Not supposed to be incredibly strong. Blood Tribute + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose is in the deck because it is cheap, and Exquisite Blood + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose is expensive for budget. Blood Tribute + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose allows for a one-shot combo, tapping Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose as the untapped vampire-kicker. Exquisite Blood + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose allows for infinite combo, killing every player as soon as you either deal 1 damage or gain 1 health.
