Etrata, the Silencer deck, with some surveil creatures as back up.

Trying to go for the alt-win, have a lot of surveil to get Etrata, the Silencer in the graveyard/draw her then reanimate her with Reanimate , Lazav, the Multifarious or Goryo's Vengeance .

on the stack, before Etrata, the Silencer shuffles away, play Fated Infatuation , Unexplained Disappearance or Price of Fame

you have Sinister Sabotage , Thought Erasure , Unexplained Disappearance and Price of Fame for disruption/interaction, however Unexplained Disappearance and Price of Fame have 2 jobs in this deck, so you have to figure out if it is right to play or not yourself.

You must have someway to get Etrata, the Silencer on the battlefield in your opening hand. preferably a way to keep her/get her back a second time.

alternate plan is to go with surveil creatures to win.

underground sea is there as our group house rules first 4 basics are duals, would put Creeping Tar Pit instead without this rule
