I'm Sure somebody has made one already, but I made this deck while looking through the Amonkhet cards this morning.
Strictly runs on cycling, goal is to get the Archfiend of Ifnir out, then cycle a few cards, then bring them back to your hand with Shadow of the Grave, then have to discard some cards to be at 7, which puts even more -1/-1 counters on their creatures that aren't already dead. If you had to cycle some nice creatures early on, you can easily get them back out with Wander in Death.
With the release of Ramunap Excavator and Abandoned Sarcophagus you can play any card you have after cycling it which just makes the deck that much more powerful.
I built a deck like this and gave it to my brother to use, and so far I have lost 3 times in games where he has not brought out a creature higher than a 2 drop, instead opting to use 2

, then just cycling cards that cost 1. Once he gets to be over 6 land there's really nothing I can do if he's able to cycle a couple times, 1 land to cycle, then 2 land to trigger 2

, then repeat, it's 6 land for a 16 life point swing. Also Archfiend of Ifnir negates any token engine I try to run as well.
Granted there are times he doesn't draw well, but I'd say over 75% of the time he is able to cycle into good cards, now we just need to get more 1 and 2 drop creatures that can cycle, and once Hour of Devastation releases this deck will be awesome I think. Hopefully there will be another blue or black kill spell that can cycle when needed.
