This is a modern tribal deck that I believe has potential to be very competitive. I ran U/W spirits during Eldritch Moon and Kaladesh standard, and I wanted to see if it could be expanded into modern. This deck will need a lot of fine tuning, but in the end I hope it can be a good home brew that can compete with the Tier 1 Decks. All suggestion are appreciated. Right now this deck is just built with proxies for me, but I'm working on acquiring the parts I am missing.
