Nekusar, the Mindrazer is a deck based on making your opponents draw cards while hurting themselves. but at the same time you are draw cards to help deal with whatever is in their decks. So you play a few everyone draw cards (like Dictate of Kruphix and Jace Beleren ) and a few cards to draw new hands (like Magus of the Wheel and Teferi's Puzzle Box ) plus a few ways to hurt themselves on discard (like Liliana's Caress and Megrim ). So they will have little decks lots of damage to them and be begging for you to stop.
