7 mana needed to make this happen in one turn.

Bring out Maralen of the Mornsong. Next turn use Maralen to search library for Ad Nauseam. Play Ad Nauseam. Reveal cards until you get at least 40 cards in your hand. The 2 cards needed are Dark Sphere and Sickening Dreams. Lose 2 life by revealing Sickening Dreams. Play Dark Sphere, play Sickening Dreams, discard your hand. Tap and sacrifice Dark Sphere. Game.

The Elixir of Immortality is there just in case you need to shuffle back.

The Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood combo, and Glacial Chasm are there in case you do end up shuffling back and need protection.

Spellbook to hold on to your hand after Ad Nauseam if needed. Dark Ritual, Peat Bog, and Bubbling Muck for speed ramping.
