My Third rework of my interpretation of a Level up tribal deck. Thanks to RedmundR2 for the help and suggestions.

The Unlikely Beginning

While the white splash was fun, I can get planeswalkers in if I only have one color. The goal of the deck is to control with cards such as Mana Leak and Counterspell until we can spoon feed our level up creatures into beat sticks. That's kinda the whole plan.

The Party Convenes

There are a few cards that make this deck viable.

1. The Proliferate cards : These allow for more level counters to be put onto your creatures to unlock their abilities.
2. Venerated Teacher : Not absolutely necessary, but very helpful to beef up your units
3. Training Grounds and Lighthouse Chronologist help us to get more levels on our creatures so we can start drawing cards or taking extra turns.
4. Our planeswalkers aren't necessary either, however they all have abilities that help the deck along and benefit from the inclusion of proliferate.
