Queen Marchesa brings a unique approach to Mardu colors with her use of the monarch keyword from Conspiracy 2. We want to make sure that we're the only ones to receive the card draw during our end step, so we need to pillow fort in order to dissuade our opponents from attacking us. This was a deck tech requested by one of my Patrons.
