This deck could use more effects to make it faster, a better sideboard, or potentially even be a blink/go wide deck with Glint-Sleeve Artisan and Borrowed Grace or Angel of Dawn. My first brew of the deck had effects like Brainstorm, Sage of Epityr, Sage Owl, and shuffle lands like Ash Barrens, Terramorphic Expanse, and Evolving Wilds, but I think those are too slow for a format like pauper without wildly changing the plan of the deck.

Loosely based on the Card Kingdom battle deck "Aether Flux." Modified to pauper by me.
