The deck is called Hoth because a friend of mine made a conspiracy deck using weight advantage and low cost 0/3's and 0/4's, so this deck just freezes up, creating infinite mana then using spell crush to counter the spells but cycle them back, forcing the opponent to concede. the research/development and the entire side board is optional, it is a combo from this deck endless-possibilities-show-yourself-out which I thought i could include to mess with the opponent more. look at the bottom update to see how the new combo works.
