This deck is about control. Let's start with the goblins part

The best way to start is to play on the first turn a Goblin Lackey. Then, one the second turn, you just have to attack your enemy to get a free gobin card like Goblin Sharpshooter or Siege-Gang Commander, these two can cause a major damage. However, your opponent can already have a creature to block Lackey, that's where Shock and Lightning Bolt comes in, sending the small creature to the graveyard.

Following this, if you have a Skirk Prospector in play, you are good to go for big damage, combining with Sharpshooter and Siege-Gang.

Also, there are some goblins ideal for an attack phase, like Goblin Warchief and Raging Goblin. Plus, if you need some goblins, just use Goblin Recruiter.

Still, if after this you can't win the game, just tap two mountains and sacrifice them to use Fireblast and with the 2 mana produced, use Fork as a copy of Fireblast .
