Boros planeswalker control using one of three walkers to win you the game: Nahiri, the Harbinger, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar or Chandra, Torch of Defiance.

To do this, it establishes a lock on the opponents ability to interact with you by stifling their land base (via Blood Moon) and countering their removal (Chalice of the Void at one, as most removal in Modern is one-mana). This, plus a suite of removal and board wipes, should allow one or more planeswalkers you have to close out the game.
