NEW BUILD CURRENTLY BEING TESTED DUE TO NEW SLIVER CARDS, THIS DESCRIPTION IS FOR THE OLD VERSION
This is a 5 Colour Sliver Deck with aggro/tempo in mind and some toolbox functions. Also has control aspects that are utilised in longer games. Very versatile.
It Goldfishes 4-6 turns reliably with an average of turn 5. This deck has been putting out usually a 2-2 to 3-1 at the local competitive FMN, with losses usually at a very close 1-2. Meta is 40% Tier 1, 40% Tier 2 and the rest non tiered or fringe decks. Most players are experienced and I am known as the 'Slivers' Player. This means that my oppponents know my deck and how it functions, thus games are challenging and insightful. As to the decks themselves, they are quite diverse; Guessing what deck turns up is very difficult, as reflected in my broad Sideboard.
[CORE] means that these cards are the core of the deck and should not be replaced or swapped unless you have a pretty good reason, as the cohesion and synergy of the deck will drop significantly. Usually only removed when considered dead for the matchup like defensive creatures against combo or lords versus bridge decks and so on.
[FLEX] means that these are the flex spots of the deck. Here cards come in that help out the decks goal and synergy but are not required for the deck to win. They help with the general weaknessess of the deck and promote often uncoventional synergies that allow attacking opponents from different angles. These spots are usually good choices when sideboarding.
[META] means that these cards are specifically in there to fight my local Meta or Meta warping decks in general. If I feel that any specific cards or decks are becoming more popular that pose a problem then these are the choice cards to fight them. These spots should also be heavily considered when sideboarding.
