Counter and Camp til you can get Elite Arcanist + Time Stop . Infinitely end their turn before they can do anything. Their mana untaps, but they can't draw, play lands, or attack. But wait - there's a 3rd piece to this combo!
Once they're locked down, I drop Storm Crow and its gg son. If they don't have flying - they'll be poked to death. If they do, he just needs a little help with Runechanter's Pike, or Vedalken Shackles to clean up. Fog Bank helps with anything that sneaks out in the mean time.

Sundial of the Infinite discourages their ammo and adds a different win condition: End my turn before draw, end theirs just after (Arcanist/TimeStop), opponent deck outs. Gitaxian Probe lets me see if they have ammo - should I drop Arcanist, or choose to play him early with Dissolve or another counterspell that I can re-use.
