This is an Investigation deck modeled using cards from the SOI set which uses clues to not only draw cards but to give positive effects to your creatures. Cards like Root Out and Confirm Suspicions allows you to act against your opponent while building up your clues. Erdwal Illuminator lets you investigate more every turn. This deck can then turn either passive or aggressive with a quick switch to one another. You can stay passive by using cards like Graf Mole which lets you gain life for sacrificing clues as well as drawing the cards you need to win. You can then become aggressive by using Tireless Tracker which lets you investigate for placing land and it gets +1/+1 whenever you sacrifice a clue. You can then attack by using it with Confront the Unknown which because of a low mana cost means you can play more then one, this can make a creature bigger for every clue you have. Ghostly Wings can then be used to give said creature flying and lets you get past any defense. Other win methods involve using a more spread out use of Confront the Unknown and buff multiple creatures for a blitz win.
