Sideboard

I wanted to make a Naya Human deck but with humans I also wanted angels. But with the amount of angels I put in, it would be better to just remove human tribal and put good cards in it.

  • Channeler Initiate : Channeler is our important mana-genius. He is wonderful in getting your early game starting and can possibly start giving some punches as well.

  • Sylvan Advocate : A 2/3 that gets stronger in the long run. He is great for some early agro and defense when you put your planeswalkers down.

  • Thalia, Heretic Cathar : Thalia disrupts your opponent atleast a little. Else she can easily be boarded out for something else.

  • Tireless Tracker : He is giving some card advantage. That and he is just a good three drop in general.

  • Vizier of the Menagerie : I LOVE this card. He makes you able to play Glorybringer when you do not have the mountains and he gives possible card advantage by being able to play cards from your deck (or he shows you your demise)

  • Gisela, the Broken Blade : A wonderful 4 drop that makes it easy to win if not removed quickly. Also 1 of the reasons I made this deck.

  • Archangel Avacyn : Great protection and a nice flasher against Control. I had 1 copy of her so auto-include for me really.

  • Angel of Sanctions : Angel of Sanctions is both removal and a somewhat decent flyer. Though it gets sideboarded quite fast if needed.

  • Samut, Voice of Dissent : Samut is just awesome, even though technically she does little for this deck. Her flash ability is nice though.

  • Glorybringer : Not an angel but HOLY! It counts as removal and can directly deal damage to either players or planeswalkers.

  • Bruna, the Fading Light : Bruna is expensive but in long games, it will get atleast a creature back. Which hopefully is Gisela so they can meld.

  • Always Watching : Another card which I wanted to make a deck with. It gives everything vigilance and boosts it power. Also works amazing with Glorybringer.

  • Cast Out : Just amazing removal. an upgraded but more expensive stasis snare. It's cycle ability also works well-ish.

  • Blossoming Defense : Amazing tricks against spells. Just love the hexproof it gives.

  • Blessed Alliance : It's a weird card but works well. Specially against slow decks which mostly have 1 or 2 creatures to attack with. Additionally, it gains you life or in the REALLY rare moments can untap your creatures.

  • Gideon of the Trials : The first planeswalker you want on the field. He technically makes 1 creature unable to attack and can be a beater himself albeit a weaker one. (I say weak a 4/4 is still nice)

  • Gideon, Ally of Zendikar : Gideon, Destroyer of Everything. He won me so many rounds, it's insane.

  • Nahiri, the Harbinger : I never understood Nahiri and could never really make a nice deck with her. But she filters your hand if needed and removes annoying creatures like zombies (cryptbreakers etc) and enchantments.

  • Ajani Unyielding : He is expensive but so great. He gains you creatures and removes your land draws (which you hardly need at 6 and more mana) and removes stuff by exiling it. Love it.

  • Bristling Hydra : A great card against control match ups. If it doesn't get countered, it's hexproof ability makes it harder to remove and even doing this once is pretty fair.

  • Prowling Serpopard : Our second anti-control card. It makes sure we can get to play our creatures until it gets removed.

  • Declaration in Stone : A great cheap removal. Nice to board in against tokens or when you know they play a lot of the same creatures (like mana dorks)

  • Harsh Mentor : I like this card against things like vehicles but not sure if I really like it.

  • Manglehorn : A great card against all things Artifacts like vehicles or I guess Marvel.

  • Cast Out : an extra removal is always nice

  • Fumigate : Fumigate is great against tokens or things like Bristling hydras or agro.

  • Descend upon the Sinful : While 1 mana more expensive. It works good against that indestructible/hexproof card and against zombies/emerge decks.

  • Nahiri, the Harbinger : 1 Extra nahiri doesn't hurt anyone. Not me atleast.

Without extensive testing, I went to Game Day in the hopes of getting that sweet Glorybringer Promo. (It looks so nice)

Match 1: VS Red/White Control (Won 2-1) Round 1: I got defeated as everything got countered and he beat me using a Torrential Gearhulk. Round 2: Boarded in Serpopard and Hydra. I was able to quickly develop an early boardstate using serpopard and swinging in with Glorybringer, Gideon and Gisela. (Gideon Ally of Zendikar is so goods, hard to believe) Round 3: We both mulled to 5. Which is great for me as control really needs its cards. I was again able to swing using Glorybringer and Gisela.

Match 2: VS Red/Blue Emerge (Won 2-0) Round 1 & 2: These matches were mostly a bunch of luck as he only drew land and no Elder-deep fiends and the like. Round 2 was even worse for him. So a won (which is great for me) but not a real test of skills for my deck.

Match 3: VS Black/Green Constrictor Aggro (Lost 1-2) In all rounds, This deck was too fast for me. I quickly lost a lot of life while having nearly nothing on board. Fumigates helped to slow him down A LOT but sadly, my deck is too slow for aggro-ish decks.

Match 4: VS Red/Black Madness (Draw 1-1) Round 1: I won using Gideon and Nahiri. While the match was slow, his graveyard got depleted and I could swing in the air with some angels. Thalia sure slowed down those "sudden" blockers. Round 2: my hand was horrible and slow and I got defeated by a Voldaren Pariah. I also made some misplays which also quickly made me lose. Round 3: A draw. I started aggressive and used many planeswalkers like Gideon, Nahiri and Ajani. he used his graveyard to get creatures back but due to the slowness of the match and the fact that I could not do enough damage within the timelimit, we had a draw. I believe (but could always be wrong) that if we had more time, I would be able to defeat him this round.

I placed 3rd this Game Day and got my Promo (hurray!) and I am really happy that this brew worked well enough.
