Thassa rules the sea and the beasts within it. Sea creature tribal isn't a strong deck by any means but it can close out games by virtue of people leaving you alone long enough to build your board state. A commander with Scry helps fix land drops in the early game and helps draw gas in the late game. Pieces like spreading seas help bring devotion online and pieces like quicksilver fountain help punish greedy multicolor decks
