This is my Rashmi, Eternities Crafter deck. It's basically my attempt at a card-advantage control deck. The idea is to stabilize while still keeping a full grip, and then killing your opponents with a large / like Sturmgeist.

There are a lot of Aikido style shenanigans in this deck. Having clones like Gigantoplasm and Altered Ego are great ways of stealing your opponents' biggest threat, or just getting some value. I'm still working on picking up a Stunt Double and Progenitor Mimic, but I'm sure those will be wonderful additions as well. You'd be surprised at how much value you can get by sticking a clone on a Mimic Vat, and how quickly that can win a game. Also, play the card Spitting Image, it's amazing!

The other Aikido aspect of this deck is copying or stealing your opponents' spells. Spell Twine is probably the example most people think of, but for some reason my meta doesn't run many copies of Diluvian Primordial or Aethersnatch. I suppose they are a little expensive in the CMC, but they are worth it.

If this style doesn't work for you there are also a couple infinite combos in the deck. I'm not a big fan of combos, and neither is my group, so I limit them to three-card combos that don't use the general, and I don't run tutors. The main two are Deadeye Navigator + Archaeomancer/Eternal Witness/Greenwarden of Murasa + Walk the Aeons = Infinite Turns and Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake + Capsize = Bounce all your opponents' permanents. If you're not into combos, or just want to keep the deck more casual, just replace Deadeye Navigator with Conjurer's Closet.

I suppose it's possible to use the infinite mana from the Drake combo to draw your deck with Blue Sun's Zenith, but you'd need Psychosis Crawler in play to win on the spot with that. In general I'd much prefer to beat down my opponents with a gigantic Sage of Ancient Lore  . It's also possible to double the number of cards in your hand if you control one of your /'s and play Prime Spraker Zegana or Rishkar's Expertise.

Some other notables in this deck are Vedalken Orrery and Leyline of Anticipation. I would think that these go into every Rashmi deck so that you can activate her more easily during you opponents' turns. Some lesser known tech may be something like Sprouting Vines; not only is it an instant, but if the storm count is high enough you net cards in hand, if your opponent plays two spells you effectively net two cards in your hand. You can also use the lands to fuel Spitting Image from your graveyard. Don't fall into the trap of thinking Sylvan Scrying can only get Reliquary Tower, if you need to get through with a beater grab Rogue's Passage, if you need to play at instant speed get Alchemist's Refuge.

I'm not particularly good at control decks, so could use as much advise on this as possible. Not only in card selection, but in play style. How do you know which spells to counter? When do you turn on your allies? When is the best time to overload Cyclonic Rift? I can say that the deck is a lot of fun, and if you like decision trees this is a pretty good deck for that. Thanks in advance for your help!
