Swinging with Big Saprolings

Pallid Mycoderm, Sigil Captain, Tendershoot Dryad, and Beastmaster Ascension - make your saprolings bigger
Thallid Germinator and Ghave, Guru of Spores - sacrifice all blocked saprolings at instant speed to boost one unblocked creature for massive damage to opponent
Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest and Cathars' Crusade - boost all of your saprolings with +1 counters
Overrun, Overwhelming Stampede, Elder of Laurels, and Dragon Throne of Tarkir - massive swing with all of your buffed creatures
Huatli, Radiant Champion and Dragon Throne of Tarkir - boost one creature insanely big, then boost all of your creatures by that amount

Infinite Life
Soul Warden plus infinite combo = infinite life
Slimefoot, the Stowaway + infinite combo = infinite damage and infinite life

Other:

Fresh Meat - after a board wipe, be the only one with creatures. Swing and win
Zulaport Cutthroat and Slimefoot, the Stowaway - sacrificing saprolings to kill opponents

Infinite Combo - Infinite saprolings

Step One: Have a source of +1 counters
Cards like: Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest, Rot Shambler, Sigil Captain, Cathars' Crusade, or Ghave, Guru of Spores and any effect that allows for double counters (Corpsejack Menace and Primal Vigor)
Step 2: Get a mana source based off of your saprolings
Cards like: Cryptolith Rite or Ashnod's Altar or Utopia Mycon Step 3: Ghave, Guru of Spores - use 1 mana to remove a counter from a creature, creating another saproling. Tap/sac the new saproling to add one mana, removing the counter from it, creating a new saproling, ect...

Generating Saprolings

Basically every Fungus creature; spore counters create saprolings.
Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree
Aura Mutation
Sprout Swarm - can make a lot of saprolings with untapped saprolings on end-step
Fungal Sprouting
Ghave, Guru of Spores
Mycoloth and Tendershoot Dryad - saprolings each upkeep
Saproling Symbiosis and Second Harvest - double your saprolings
Primal Vigor and Parallel Lives allow you to create double saprolings

Anti-Boardwipes

Boardwipes are the bane of this deck. So here are the ways of saving our precious saprolings:

Bring creatures back from the dead infinitely with Karmic Guide and Reveillark

When we can't save them, we can do other things to still benefit from it:

Congregate and Elvish Farmer - life gain
Fresh Meat - get stronger creatures than the original, which is lethal if it's an entire boardwipe
Zulaport Cutthroat and Slimefoot, the Stowaway - punish opponents with damage when your saprolings die

Card Draw

Skullclamp - classic
Psychotrope Thallid
Grim Backwoods
Huatli, Radiant Champion - you will usually get her emblem the second turn after you play her; draw a card whenever a creature enters your battlefield
Collective Unconscious - draw a card for each creature you control. Careful - don't draw yourself to death
Rishkar's Expertise - draw cards equal to highest power among creatures

Control

Aura Shards - great against artifact and enchantment decks; eliminate annoying cards
Grave Pact - make opponents sacrifice all of their creatures
Bonds of Mortality - remove hexproof and indestructible from annoying opponents' creatures
Ghave, Guru of Spores + Woodfall Primus - removal for as much mana as you have. Simply sac Woodfall to Ghave's +1 ability, get the removal trigger, then place the +1 counter on Woodfall, negating the -1 counter and letting you sac again with persist. Repeat. Deathspore Thallid - kill creatures by sacrificing saprolings
Fumigate - boardwipe, if you must. Gain life for it, though. Could also be lethal with Zulaport Cutthroat and Slimefoot, the Stowaway
