Kangee, Aerie Keeper is a simple Commander for an uncommon tribe: Birds. Many decks seem to focus on jamming birds into the deck and hoping for the best. Kangee functions through his "Feather Counters" and becomes very mana hungry due to this. Thus, I got the idea of running proliferate effects to support the deck better, alongside a few other cards that benefit from proliferate.
