This involves the legendary creature and commander all-star, Doran, the Siege Tower (and Assault Formation). He simply states that every creature on the battlefield now deals damage equal to their toughness instead of their power. In magic's history, there have been a plethora of one mana 0/4s and two mana 1/5. Doran essentially makes these creature's 4/4's and 5/5's. If you have not already grasped the strategy of this deck then I will sum it up in one sentence; Doran makes low mana, high toughness creatures really big and aggressive. In this deck there are 3 ways of searching for Doran. Treefolk Harbinger searches for treefolk or forests, Eldritch Evolution searches for creatures right away and puts them directly onto the battle field. And we all know what Collected Company does.You are almost garneted to get Doran out in a duel. To protect Doran, we have Fatal Push in our main board, and in our side board we have Brave the Elements .
