Maybeboard


This is a mono-blue deck. Any thoughts are welcome. I will say this, I hate being countered, and so I don't just want to run 20 counter spells. I'd rather have a variety of ways to interact with the board and so have a variety of ways to win.

I would especially like any thoughts on the maybeboard. Some of these are good spells. Some jank. But this is a casual format that I play in, and I'm wanting to enjoy this game with friends, not just lock them out of having fun so I can win. I want to win but in a back and forth way. Still, I have never played a control deck like this, so I would like any thoughts on the maybeboard. Are these more impactful yet still fun? Are these less powerful but more fun? Are these good but not good enough? I own all these cards and would like to try different builds, so any thoughts are welcome. In particular, counter spells. What do you think of fringe counter spells like Grip of Amnesia or Dream Fracture?
