This is my Tasigur storm for competitive EDH.

Our main win condition in this deck is Aetherflux Reservoir but we also have a few other tricks to pull to win the game.

Everyone knows how aetherflux reservoir works so how do we build a big enough storm count? The best route is Dramatic Reversal imprinted onto Isochron Scepter and some mana rocks, pretty straightforward.

With infinite mana achieved there are some other things we can do if we don't have any of that combo available. Infinite Tasigur, the Golden Fang activations means we get every non land card in our deck in our hand. From there cast Beast Within a ridiculous amount of times, turn everything your opponents have into beasts. Then switch to Reality Shift to exile the beasts, manifesting as you go to keep exiling their deck. This can all be done at instant speed, in the combat step with Argothian Elder and Maze of Ith provided tasigur is in play. If not, get a ton of mana, cast a Crop Rotation for Alchemist's Refuge and just cast him anyway!

Another notable route to victory is Deathrite Shaman and the Isochron Scepter Dramatic Reversal combo to ping everyone, provided there are enough cards in graveyards to exile with his ability.

Reality Shift on an isochron sceptre with Paradox Engine out will also exile opponents decks, if they don't have a creature to target Forbidden Orchard can help.

As for the rest of the deck, it's all pretty much about control and finding what you need. Chains of Mephistopheles is excellent in this deck as we don't care too much about dumping cards into the graveyard. There isn't much draw in the deck, we rely more on tutors and Necropotence and Sylvan Library to get us ahead. I've shut down some decks with chains before if they couldn't remove it.
