Budgeted blue/black standard control deck focused on saccing creatures. Winning combo is getting Dictate of Erebos out with Champion of Stray Souls . Qarsi High Priest and Jalira, Master Polymorphist can help you sac creatures until you get the champion out.

Other creatures are there to primarily stall, like Disowned Ancestor and Returned Phalanx , although both can attack if need be.

Akroan Horse gives you more creatures to attack with and either do damage or die, activating Dictate of Erebos's effect. Meanwhile, Palace Familiar and Pharika's Chosen are also able to attack and die quickly, helping you out by either giving you card advantage or taking an opponent's creature with it.

As I said, this is a budgeted deck, but let me know what I can do to make it better.
