My attempt at building Baral, Chief of Compliance.

The goal of the deck is to dirdle and play a tempo control style of play countering things that significantly mess up what you are trying to do.

The win cons are basically built around trying to make infinite blue mana and storm off or win via lab maniac( not in deck yet)
