So here's how this works:

The goal is to ramp into enough mana to cast Warp World. You can get additional permanents through the creation of tokens. Tireless Tracker combined with Sakura-Tribe Elder and fetch lands generates a ton of clue tokens. Avenger of Zendikar goes even further.

After casting Warp World with about a dozen or so permanents on the table, you should hit Hidden Herbalists and the other "free" mana creatures, giving you back the mana you spent on Warp World. You then float this mana, get back Warp World with Eternal Witness or cast another from your hand, rinse and repeat. Each cycle will generate more and more mana from ETB effects, along with clues being created from landfall triggers on Tireless Tracker.

You keep repeatedly casting Warp World until you hit Craterhoof Behemoth or ping your opponent with Siege-Gang Commander each time you flip him over. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker can also make a copy of a creature, give it haste, then swing in for the kill using Kessig Wolf Run.

The one thing that allows Warp World to be so abused is the fact it doesn't get exiled when cast, nor does it shuffle your graveyard back into your library. You can actually filter out lands using fetches and Sakura-Tribe Elders, so eventually you're always hitting those ETB effects and not whiffing on the combo.

I've only been goldfishing and brewing with this list. I need it to go faster, preferably by turn 4. The issue is getting enough free mana from ETB effects and balancing how much ramp the deck has access to.
