OUT:

I recently tested Expertise and I found it strictly better than Revelation, especially because it allow us to play another card with CMC < 6 for free. I must thank Austin_Smith_of_Cards for the suggestion :)

Aside from that, no changes, even though I recently found myself pretty disappointed from Sylvan Advocate: his ability is quise useful, but I was wodnering if I should go back to Scryb Ranger for redundancy. I'll let you know!

I normally don't play green (the only green deck I currently own is a Wurm/Snake/Hydra deck for casual Modern), but this deck gave me a lot of ideas and kind of inspired me to go back into color(partially(I recently fell in love with colorless and had no plans to return to the nasty color playing side))!

Plasmarocket I'm so glad to hear that my playstyle swayed you back towards the coloured part of magic ;)

When building monocolored decks, I find it very satisfying when the strategy turns out to be in harmony with that color phylosophy.

This deck represents all that a green Planeswalker should embody: a mage exploiting the power of nature and its resources in order to grow bigger and stronger, until this unstopped tide of power breaks out and overwhelms everything!

Furthermore, this decks also is a good example of what happens if you let green mana wielders unchecked (i.e. if you don't counter their spells) :)

With the release of Aether Revolt, Rishkar's Expertise and Heroic Intervention both look interesting. After looking up the rulings on the Expertise, apparently you can cast one of the cards you've drawn with its first effect, which is pretty useful for digging into the top of your deck. Heroic Intervention protects you from a boardwipe while punishing opponent's lands with Kamahl. Both might be worth playtesting.

Austin_Smith_of_Cards I'm playtesting them at the moment, since I totally agree with you and they seemed to me pretty good cards :) I still have to play many more games with them, but for now here's my two cents:

Heroic Intervention doesn't look good enough: when you have a huge board, either you're winning or you have enough mana to use Kamahl, preventing people from boardwipes. I know that by using it I would still retain all of my premanents, but trust me when I say that no one will wipe the board if I have my commander in play :)

Rishkar's Expertise is AMAZING! The net card advantage you can obtain is impressive, and the ability to cast another card is extremely good. I'll definitely find room for it on my deck.

Thank you so much for your advice! I'll make sure to quote you when I'll do the official update to the decklist :)

First of, nice deck!

You have probably have tested it, but have you considered Primeval Bounty? I find it's versatility very useful.

Also about Nissa, Vastwood Seer  Flip, though you are correct she is average in the 99, she is a decent commander, being super easy to flip and all. You should try it sometime. ;)

I have built one, still needs work though. Nissa starring in: Big green stompy!

Xinofos Nissa is definitely an excellent commander :) it is also very useful in the 99 for some decks (especially in BG decks with graveyard recursion).

Primeval Bounty was tested in the early years of my deck, before I even wrote this deck teck; this cards has serveral problem, though: first of all, for a CMC of 6 I can cast way better cards. Furthermore, when it resolves it doesn't do anything, since it will need the casting/playing of other cards. Last but not least, all of its effects are not useful neither for this deck strategy nor for any particular card in the 99.
