Here's a take on building Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain as a Storm/Cheerios Deck. The goal is to get Jhoira out early then start dropping zero mana artifacts (cheerios) and begin drawing through the deck. There are multiple win cons including Aetherflux Reservoir, Firebrand Archer, Grapeshot, Laboratory Maniac, and Reckless Fireweaver.

This is not a competitive build, just a budget build that looked fun.
